Governance
Supporting member interests.
At WCET, leadership reflects the cooperative model and collaborative spirit of our organization. Many activities and programs are spearheaded by members. Committees and common interest groups lead the way, with guidance and support from our Executive Council and staff. By putting decisions in the hands of our membership, we stay in close sync with members' interests, even as they evolve. This also keeps our administration lean, so we can devote more of our resources to getting results.

Volunteer to Serve
In addition to the above opportunities, WCET also has several ad hoc and special purpose committees, such as the Annual Meeting Planning Committee and the Awards Committee. WCET offers a number of ways for members to get more deeply involved in shaping WCET projects, which can be a rewarding experience both professionally and personally for those who volunteer. Contact WCET to tell us of your interests and to learn about opportunities to participate with WCET.
