Transparency by Design Executive Committee
Charge to the Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee supervises the affairs of the Transparency by Design initiative, pursues its purposes, determines its policies and procedures, assures the fiscal viability and sustainability of Transparency by Design, and regularly keeps the Committee of the Whole informed about its actions.
Composition of the Executive Committee
The Executive Committee will consist of nine voting members elected from the full membership of the initiative. A chair and vice chair are selected from amongst these committee members. A representative from WCET is a non-voting ex-officio member of the committee. Transparency by Design attempts to achieve a balance of institutional types on its Executive Committee.
