Join Transparency by Design
Membership in Transparency by Design (TbD) is open to all regionally-accredited, adult-serving* higher education institutions that have some or all programs offered at a distance.**
Member institutions also commit to the TbD Principles of Good Practice, submitting data for third-party review by WCET and publication on the College Choices for Adults website, and providing support for the initiative with annual dues.

Transparency by Design has two levels of membership:
- Full Members are regionally-accredited, adult-serving*, distance education** institutions who have committed to the Transparency by Design initiative and are prepared to enter data into the reporting system for display on the College Choices for Adults website. Full Member Commitment Form.
- Associate Members are regionally-accredited, adult-serving*, distance education** institutions who have committed to the Transparency by Design initiative, however need additional preparation time prior to entering data into the reporting system for display on the College Choices for Adults website. Associate Member Commitment Form.
