The WCET Book Club encourages reflection and discussion among its members with the goals of:
- Enrichment.
- Building community.
- Professional development.
Books are selected by participating members and commonly covers the following issues:
- Higher education.
- Teaching and learning.
- Educational Technologies.
- Leadership.
A new book is selected twice a year (once in the spring and another in the fall). Discussions occur online asynchronously and in person at the Annual Conference. Occasionally, an author may be included in the discussion. Books selections emerge from recommendations made by members.
Book Club is open to WCET members. Check the member list to see if your organization is a current member.
