This position works independently with minimal guidance to perform a variety of complex functions that facilitate the College's student financial aid customer service program in a professional and compliant manner. This position will have significant in-person and virtual communication contact with students, faculty, staff and the community.
Primary responsibilities include daily supervision of the Financial Aid Program Coordinators with a strong focus on customer service activities; collaboration on the development and implementation of technology or information solutions to student service opportunities; review of student eligibility for, and awarding of, financial aid programs; and participation in student services workgroups. This position reports to the Director of Financial Aid.
- Associate Degree.
