Job Description
  • Oversee the build and structure of online master courses, ensuring all technologies function appropriately and work seamlessly together
  • Provide usability, accessibility, and quality assurance testing to review the functionality of online course components
  • Provide technical LMS administration and course support services for online program coordinators and faculty through phone calls, email, and personal contact
  • Providing training and course support to online faculty who are teaching from a copy of a master course
  • Assist instructional designers and faculty with online course updates and maintenance of materials in the LMS, CMS, including maintaining the technological quality of online course sections
  • Play a lead role in exploring, communicating and testing upgrades, new features and new versions of instructional technologies
  • Research, recommend and implement third party tools to integrate with LMS (in collaboration with LTS) or to facilitate course support and course improvement processes
Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or experience related to the area of assignment
  • Two (2) years of experience in similar type work
