Facilitates creation of quality learning environments to improve educational outcomes. The Instructional Designer provides expertise in support of academic technologies, integrate learning technologies into curriculum, facilitate the redesign of courses for improved student engagement and retention, assurance of quality standards, and encourage scholarly teaching in a variety of learning environments.
1. Master's degree in instructional design, instructional/educational technology, or related field and two years teaching experience preferably in higher education and online.
2. Have a solid understanding of American with Disability Act requirements for digital media.
3. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
