The Instructional Technology Development Specialist (Instructional Designer) provides leadership and vision for online learning along with colleagues within the Office of Online Learning. S/he will work collaboratively with online learning staff, and faculty in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and Henry W.

Pierce College

This position will provide student financial aid counseling to prospective and currently enrolled students and their families,  provide information/referral for other funding sources, process applications, determine financial aid and loan eligibility, issue awards, and perform other tasks related to the administration and implementation of the student financial aid programs.

This position performs financial services for Pierce College Foundation a 501 (c)(3) and Invista Performance Solutions (a non-profit joint venture). Responsibilities include maintaining both organizations' general ledgers, preparation of deposits, processing of accounts payable, interpreting of agency accounting and financial reports of the college.

Under general supervision, The Graphic Designer will design and prepare original artwork for a variety of communication purposes.  Responsibilities include developing and designing a variety of illustrative materials in conjunction with a client and working independently providing recommendations and advice to clients on practical applications of graphic design.  This position reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.

NC-SARA (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements)

Reporting to the executive director, and in consultation with SARA staff at the country’s four regional education compacts, the person holding this new position will work in Boulder, Colorado and assist in the development, consideration and application of SARA policies within the context of the continuing evolution of post secondary distance education delivery.

Reporting to the executive director, and in consultation with SARA staff at the country’s four regional education compacts, the person holding this new position will work in Boulder, Colorado and have primary responsibility for the development and implementation of expanded web resources focused on helping students and institutional staff understand and deal with complications arising from the interstate delivery of postsecondary distance education.

Miami University

The E-Learning Instructional Designer (Miami’s Hamilton and Middletown Campuses) will work on the E-Learning implementation projects; provide training, training materials and front-end support for faculty technology needs; function as an instructional designer with faculty developing online and hybrid courses; keep current on educational technology; oversee and assist with implementation of small projects within the E-Learning department; work collaboratively with Technology Services on
