This position facilitates campus-wide use of the Learning Management System and related academic technologies, which includes training, troubleshooting, supporting, and gathering technical requirements, researching tools, and conducting/coordinating user testing. The position provides regular support and training for faculty on issues related to instructional technology use and implementation, consulting with faculty to find suitable technological solutions to address pedagogical goals.
This position provides support in the creation, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives within the Office of Online Learning, including but not limited to online instructor/student onboarding, access, and course quality. This position assists in drafting, disseminating, and implementing changing policies and practices as related to online and hybrid learning.
This position consults with individual and groups of faculty to design and/or redesign courses for hybrid and online delivery modes, in addition to working with faculty to design/structure course content, learning activities, and assessments to include multimedia and interactive learning objects. This position supports faculty in leveraging technology for more effective instruction by demonstrating alignment of desired course goals to appropriate technology and tools.
This position coordinates activities associated with the Kansas State University DirectLink initiative. That initiative is a dual advising structure between identified K-State degree programs and partner community colleges.
This position is essential to the operation of the Student and Faculty Services (SFS) unit, ensuring that students receive exams, course materials, information, and proctoring services in a timely manner. This position ensures communication with faculty regarding course needs is complete and accurate and that courses are administered as requested.
Responsible for support of online learning technologies including, but not limited to: assisting faculty with implementation of online learning technology inface-to-face and online classes, providing in person and online technical support, documentation and training. Work with faculty on all campuses to develop and enhance high quality online educational opportunities.

This position will report to the Director of Academic Technology Services within User Support and Student IT Enablement as part of an instructional technology support team providing management of various campus multimedia systems. The team’s primary mission is to enable and support faculty in the effective utilization of digital media and communications in teaching, learning, and research.
This position facilitates the coordination and delivery of university credit courses and programs in the College of Education. This position reports to the Associate Dean of Program Development and Administration, who directs the Academic and Professional Programs unit.
