Jacinth Coultman

Vice President of Academic Technology, Monroe College

Jacinth Coultman is the vice president for academic technology & general education at Monroe College in New York, where she has served students for more than 25 years. A dedicated and innovative educator with a passion for developing, designing, and implementing academic technology, she led the College’s transition to the virtual classrooms at the onset of the pandemic and its continual efforts to identify and resolve technology gaps that challenge student success, whether they are learning at home or on campus. The words “No Child/Adult Left Behind” now have a new meaning as it rings through on a daily basis.

Justin Dammeier

Executive Director of Education Technology, Ivy Tech Community College

Justin Dammeier is the executive director, educational technology at Ivy Tech Community College – Indiana’s community college. He leads Ivy Tech’s statewide educational technology team that is charged with providing support and training to the faculty and students for the use of the LMS – currently Canvas – as well as other educational technology tools used across the college. His team is also responsible for the Online Faculty Certification Program that trains and certifies instructors to teach online courses for the college. 

In addition to his professional interests, Justin is a proud husband of an elementary teacher, father of two terrific children, and an avid runner.

Jeff Seaman

Director, Bay View Analytics

Jeff Seaman is director of Bay View Analytics, which conducts regional, national, and international research projects, including survey design, sampling methodology, data integrity, statistical analyses, and reporting. Jeff also serves as the director of analytics for the Canadian Digital Learning Research Association. He has worked in education information technology for over 20 years and has taught, served as a consultant and on numerous advisory boards including Apple, IBM, and Microsoft.

Natalie Skadra, executive director of the Learning Team at Cengage, is a dedicated champion of using research-backed practices to create inclusive and authentic quality learning content that helps instructors and students achieve their goals. Natalie’s commitment to learner-centered design spans her 25 years in higher education. She started as an ESL and English composition instructor before becoming an instructional designer with a keen interest in the connection between emotion and memory. Most recently, Natalie leads teams of learning and instructional designers, educational technologists, and accessibility specialists who collaborate with faculty and institutions to design materials that solve learning challenges and ensure that all students have meaningful, accessible learning materials.
