Job Summary and Description
The Director of Online Learning will shape and implement the Alamo Colleges Online (ACOL) strategic plan to build and strengthen each College’s capacity to deliver premier, quality distance learning experiences for students. Implements processes, policies, procedures and monitors the effectiveness and efficiencies of instructional and digital learning innovation initiatives. Evaluates outcomes and makes recommendation to leaders on strategies to improve key strategies, projects and initiatives across the district. The Director will devise efficient and collaborative workflows across a dynamic team of instructional, multi-media and graphic designers; stewarding processes to foster relationships with leadership and faculty across the district.
Reports to the Chief Online Learning Officer and Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Success.
