WCET Online Learning Quality Toolkit and Rubric
The WCET Online Learning Quality Rubric and Toolkit are designed to help institutions understand, evaluate, and strengthen their capacity to deliver high-quality online learning experiences. The rubric provides a framework for assessing institutional maturity across four dimensions of online learning quality: institutional, faculty and staff, learner, and community.
The Toolkit includes several resources. A publicly available rubric overview covering the four domains of institutional self-assessment. The domains incude include a number of criteria that successful programs need to address. For WCET members, the full Toolkit and Rubric are available for download and include a comprehensive rubric, facilitation guides, and case studies to help institutions discuss online maturity.
