Trying to understand the latest Department of Education updates and negotiated rulemaking? WCET and SAN will provide clear guidance to help institutions prepare for newly released regulations and rules. Join this webcast for a review of key updates and what is currently known. 

 Discussion topics will include: 

  • Professional licensure, including a survey analysis about how institutions are managing state and federal compliance. 
  • Newly effective regulations implementing aspects of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, including Loan Limits, Pell and Workforce Pell, and Accountability Metrics. 
  • Other newly effective regulations include a definition of Distance Education Course and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). 
  • Finally, a brief update on the status of the rulemaking addressing accreditation.
