Erin Bentrim

Senior Education & Training Specialist - Assessment, Global Education Services, Anthology Inc.

Erin M. Bentrim is a senior education and training specialist for assessment services in global education services at Anthology Inc. She provides expert training and education through Anthology Academy to ensure clients get the most out of their learning journey. Prior to joining Anthology, Erin’s career spanned over 25 years on college and university campuses. Her higher education portfolio includes management-level positions in institutional research, academic assessment, student affairs assessment, and strategic planning.

She is a co-editor and featured author of Coordinating Student Affairs Divisional Assessment: A Practical Guide (2015) and The Impact of a Sense of Belonging in College: Implications for Student Persistence, Retention, and Success (2022). The second edition of her student affairs assessment book is set to be released in fall 2023.

Norma Hollebeke

Senior Manager, Network Programs and Services, Every Learner Everywhere

Norma joined WCET in August 2020 and brings more than 20 years of higher education experience to the Every Learner Everywhere Network. At Every Learner Everywhere, Norma leads service design and delivery initiatives including marketing, facilitates strategic assessment and reporting, and supports network partners in continuously improving service offerings.

Prior to joining our team, Norma worked in the private sector as a consultant and led the development of a new distance learning product line at a science education and supply company. Norma was also an associate dean at CCCOnline (Colorado) and a tenured faculty member and associate professor at Sinclair Community College. She earned both her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.

In her spare time, Norma can be found hiking the Rocky Mountain trails and volunteering with the Denver Area Boy Scout Council. One may also find her watching one of her two favorite films: Fried Green Tomatoes or Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death.

Shani Suber

Shani Suber is the inaugural dean of e-Learning effectiveness and enhancement at Dallas College. She has served in a variety of roles including 23 years in education as an adjunct, faculty, and administrator. In her current role, she is the academic lead administrator for Dallas College’s learning management system upgrade, development of effective online teaching practices, calibration of distance education guidelines and policies. Her leadership spans across 60k students, 3k faculty, and 7 ‘Schools Of’ at Dallas College. Shani has also led collaboration across the college to aid in online accessibility and technology. She advocates for students with disabilities and equality in education for all students while implementing innovation and quality online. As an online learning leader, Shani has been committed to diversity and inclusion efforts in higher education over the years. It’s her honor to commit her professional career to encouraging, developing, and collaborating with educators in this incredible and meaningful industry.

Justin Louder

As associate vice president for academic innovation at Anthology, Justin Louder collaborates with North American campuses, enhancing online learning, designing new programs, and implementing technologies. He has authored white papers and presentations on AI in Higher Education, Trauma-Informed Instruction, micro-credentials, and culturally responsive online teaching. Previously AVP of Texas Tech University’s Worldwide Learning, he transformed TTU, expanding regional sites, offering 100+ online degrees, and growing online enrollments to 4,000. With a legacy of innovation, Justin continues to shape the educational landscape.
