Job Summary
The Associate Director will focus on building enrollments in our current programs and providing warm handoffs to our Industry Partnership team. This role involves developing a robust enrollment pipeline from industry, employing a one-to-many pathway approach. The successful candidate will drive our strategy to succeed in Indianapolis and across Indiana, with an emphasis on local outreach and relationship building. This position is designed to complement our digital marketing efforts with on-the-ground relational marketing, building strong local outreach. You will have the opportunity to sell our comprehensive portfolio of credit and non-credit offerings in a consultative manner, matching the needs of corporate, government, and industry partners.
