Job Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost for Innovation and the Online Student Experience, the Online Student Recruitment Manager leads the online student recruitment team for online programs at the University of Arkansas. The position’s objective is to increase the total number of students in the university’s online and distance education programs with a particular focus on the prospect and applicant phases of the student experience. This position will be responsible for planning and implementing effective recruitment strategies utilizing best practices, market research and ongoing data analysis. Some overnight travel is required, including some weekends. This role is not eligible for fully remote work. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
