Christine Lustik, PhD is the leadership development and coaching specialist at Tucows, an international tech company based in Toronto, Canada. Previously, she spent 14 years in the online education arena of higher education before transitioning to the role of building healthy, resilient leaders and teams as owner of Mindfulness in Organizations, LLC.  Her favorite part of working in online education was her time as a WCET Steering Committee Member!
