STEM, Digital Learning Strategist for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, WCET

Elaine Villanueva Bernal is a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at California State University Long Beach and STEM, Digital Learning Strategist for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for WCET. Her research interest is in professional development for STEM faculty in higher education and K-12. Elaine is the internship program coordinator for the CSULB College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and serves as faculty lead for the California State University Office of the Chancellor Campus as a Living Lab project. Her work for WCET includes hosting the Frontiers Pod, developing member resources, and serving as an expert on a variety of discussion topics in our wcetMIX Ask the Expert community.
