As the director of program strategy representing Academic Partnerships and Wiley University Services, who have recently combined strengths as a single company, Lauren Wright leads the academic program strategy for university partners, implementing best practices and processes in online learning, including program strategy and design, curriculum mapping, course design and production, and faculty development. She is responsible for shaping the thought leadership strategy and approach that examines how student online learning preferences and faculty online design and teaching preferences have evolved in the post-COVID learning environment. Lauren has been growing the capabilities of organizations through learning design, organizational design, design thinking, management, and leadership for more than two decades.
