Pamela D. Williams is an instructional designer at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and currently a graduate student earning her doctorate of education at the University of Missouri St. Louis. She is passionate about learner advocacy, faculty collaboration, course design, and flavored coffee. Originally from New Hampshire, Williams has called the Midwest home for nearly 20 years (please note, growing up, she shoveled a lot of snow in New Hampshire. And, yes, there are Black people in New Hampshire, just far fewer since she, her mother, and her sisters moved away).
