Rolando Méndez is the director of education at Teach Access, where he creates tools and strategies to help educators integrate accessibility into their teaching and curricula. Previously, he held leadership roles in online learning management, instructional design, and faculty development at Inter American University of Puerto Rico. A bilingual learning experience designer, Rolando specializes in accessibility education, curriculum design, and workforce development. With over 20 years in education, he is committed to creating inclusive, scalable, and sustainable learning initiatives that drive accessibility, equity, and innovation.
