The Home Care Training Project Manager (HCTPM) is responsible for scheduling and delivery of Home Care Aide Training courses for Invista Performance Solutions (IPS) client according to contract requirements. The HCTPM supervises an internal team responsible for the logistics and coordination of the Invista Performance Solutions courses, including the instructors who provide these courses, ensuring quality and consistency in program delivery.

Reporting to the District Director of eLearning, the eLearning Instructional Designer is responsible for supporting faculty teaching online, hybrid, and web-enhanced courses in advancement of the CCS Strategic Plan. The Instructional Designer will facilitate the development and delivery of distance learning courses and programs at the University of Kentucky by assisting faculty with online course design and by providing faculty development opportunities.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide instructional design expertise in the development of multi-media educational resources in support of animal and plant agriculture.
Reporting to the District Director of eLearning, this position is the primary administrator of CCS' learning management system (LMS) and all other eLearning supported technologies used throughout CCS.
