WCET Closer Look – the Digital Divide 2.0

Now more than ever, quality internet is crucial for higher education access and success. The digital divide is no longer just about broadband access, but it is also about the hardware and skills necessary to make the most of that broadband.

The goal of this closer look is to remind institutions about the importance of this issue, identify student access issues today, and provide takeaway to assist staff and higher education leadership in addressing these issues.
