WCET 2026

October 14-16, 2026 | Minneapolis, MN

The WCET Annual Conference brings together higher education leaders, practitioners, and partners to spark critical conversations, explore the latest advancements in digital learning, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.

The State Authorization Network (SAN) hosts its annual SAN Coordinator Meeting and SAN Member Gathering on October 13. These events are reserved for SAN members.

Call for Proposals: Share Your Expertise

WCET sits at the intersection of digital learning policy and practice. We invite anyone with experience and passion for online learning practice/policy to submit a session proposal for our in-person conference in Minneapolis.

We welcome submissions from:

  • Senior and emerging higher education leaders from all sectors, including community colleges and public and private institutions.
  • Online learning administrators, instructional designers, and faculty.
  • Practitioners advancing quality, access, and student success.
  • Researchers exploring emerging trends in teaching, technology, and learner engagement.

If you have insights, case studies, practical strategies, or big questions that will advance the field, we encourage you to submit.

Edtech partners, WCET corporate members, and sponsors are welcome to submit proposals, particularly those that include institutional or client perspectives. Sessions that promote a product or service are limited to WCET members and sponsors.

Proposal deadline: Thursday, March 26
