The State Authorization Network (SAN) will host its annual SAN Coordinator Meeting and SAN Member Gathering. These events are reserved for SAN members.

October 21-23, 2025

WCET brings together higher education professionals and practitioners to spark critical conversations, explore the latest advancements in digital learning, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. The 2025 meeting will be held in person in Denver, Colorado, and does not have a virtual component.

October 23-24, 2025

ASWE, the Annual Summit for Women in eLearning, includes inspiring presenters, collaborative sessions, and networking opportunities to develop women leaders in digital learning.

Call for Proposals

The call for session proposals will open in March 2025.

About the WCET Program and Audience

The WCET audience represents leaders and practitioners in all aspects of digital learning in higher education who bring incredible insights and experiences. The WCET meeting is intimate and collegial, providing opportunities for meaningful dialogue and insights that you can’t find at other conferences.
