WCET 36th Annual Meeting

The State Authorization Network (SAN) will host its annual SAN Coordinator Meeting and SAN Member Gathering. These events are reserved for SAN members.
October 8-10, 2024
The WCET Annual Meeting brings together higher education professionals and practitioners to spark critical conversations, explore the latest advancements in digital learning, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. The meeting will be held in person in Long Beach, California, and does not have a virtual component.
About the Annual Meeting Program and Audience
The WCET audience represents leaders and practitioners in all aspects of digital learning in higher education who bring incredible insights and experiences. With registration limited to 500 attendees, the WCET meeting is intimate and collegial, thus providing opportunities for meaningful dialogue and insights that you can’t find at other conferences.
Using a variety of formats, the Annual Meeting program reflects WCET’s priorities of community, equity, policy, and practice. Session formats are intended to provide attendees an opportunity to engage with speakers and each other in a meaningful way.

Annual Meeting registration includes:
- Welcome reception on Tuesday.
- Deluxe full breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday.

- Pre-conference workshops are included for WCET members.
Hotel
The WCET Annual Meeting host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, is located in the heart of downtown Long Beach. This premier waterfront hotel is just a short walk away from the Aquarium of the Pacific, Pike Outlets, and a variety of restaurants.
WCET has reserved a group rate of $219 per night plus tax at the Hyatt Regency. The group rate expires on September 16, 2024. Make your reservation today.
