WCET 2026 brings together higher education leaders, practitioners, and partners to spark critical conversations, explore the latest advancements in digital learning, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
The State Authorization Network (SAN) hosts its annual SAN Coordinator Meeting and SAN Member Gathering on October 13. These events are reserved for SAN members.

WCET 2026 registration includes:
- Welcome reception on Wednesday.
- Breakfast on Thursday and Friday.
- Awards lunch on Thursday.
- Access to all WCET 2026 sessions, including preconference workshops.
Note: one workshop is reserved for WCET members.
Registration for the SAN Coordinator Meeting is complimentary but is reserved for SAN members.
Who Attends WCET?
The WCET audience includes senior leaders and emerging leaders, digital learning administrators, compliance and state authorization professionals, instructional designers, faculty leaders, and policy experts from institutions across the country.
Our annual conference is intentionally intimate and collegial, creating space for meaningful dialogue, practical problem-solving, and peer exchange that goes beyond traditional conference presentations.
