Innovative educators are linking technology with pedagogy, creating robust, technology-rich learning environments not only online but in hybrid and on-ground as well. In our 'always-on,' anytime, anywhere, information age, its important that modern faculty develop the skills to communicate and educate modern learners. With students arriving on campus, or through high speed connections, bearing multiple devices and wishing to have their learning content available when it is convenient for them - be that on the subway, in their favorite seat on the couch, or during a campus-based lecture. A key to successful 21st Century faculty is providing them resources and training.
